9 Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required by a court order or legal obligation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (this does not apply in cases involving prohibited activities).

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 after 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

10 Legal Matters & Liability

• 7777x is not liable for issues caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failures.

11 Policy on Rule Changes

7777x reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Notifications will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
